Rental Procedures Potential tenants must fill out a rental application. Our application fee is $30.00 and this fee is non-refundable. Application must be filled out completely. Our firm will check tenant credit report and will contact the three references listed on the application. Tenants must have good credit and good references in order to be approved for the rental property. The security deposit is typically same as rent, but in some cases is double. Rent will be pro-rated unless move in date is on the first, then, full amount of rent will be due. Firm Pet Fee: $150.00 per pet/Non-refundable. Click
